Keynote Speaker: Assist. Prof. Valentina de Piante Niculae PhD of the UNATC “I. L. Caragiale”

Valentina De Piante is an Assistant Professor at the I.L. Caragiale National University of Theatre and Film in Bucharest, Doctor of Performing Arts, choreographer, performer, project coordinator, and a Feldenkrais Method®️ practitioner. In 2020, she co-founded the Areal – Space for choreographic development and has collaborated closely with Indie Box, engaging in durational performances, community workshops, and research residencies. Her performances have been showcased at notable venues like Explore Dance Festival, the National Center of Dance in Bucharest, Trois C-L in Luxembourg, and the ImPulsTanz Festival. A major part of her choreographic work involves exploring consciousness through circumferential perspectives, often bridging art with scientific research. She was also involved in DanceBrainRehab, an Erasmus+ project, applying neuroscience to dance for vulnerable communities. In 2020, she received the CNDB prize for independent artists and published Body of Knowledge in 2021.

Guest Speaker: Assist. Prof. Loredana Pătrășcoiu PhD of the University of Bucharest

Loredana Adriana Pătrășcoiu is an Assistant Professor at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, with a doctorate in Education Sciences for the specific topic of special education quality management. UNICEF expert, trainer, and researcher for different Erasmus+ projects such as CORTTEX – Congnitive Resources for Toddlers—Teens and Experts; TAST—Combating skills mismatch through a transdisciplinary approach and skills transferability; eBelong—Sense of Belonging in Online Environments developed educational services for a more efficiently inclusive school and society for children and adult people with special needs using tools such as augmentative and alternative communication, universal design for learning, service learning, art therapy, vocational education, and amniotic therapy.
