Workshop held by PhD student Daniel Alexandru Dragomir, UNAGE Iași
Monday, April 20, 2026, ATELIER Hall, 11 AM – 1 PM
The topic of the workshop:
The Round Around workshop has as its main theme the idea of the rounded body which will be deepened through specific exercises that help to understand the need of the body to be in contraction by positioning it in the fetal position. The round body is a natural position of the body that can be seen as a defensive action by consciously or unconsciously transforming an impact (contact point) into a continuous energy generating impulse. Awareness of the integration of the moment of impact (with the ground / partner / a segment of one’s own body) can lead to the efficiency of the body action by deciding whether or not to transform the impact into a continuous energy generating impulse depending on the necessity
