GUEST SPEAKER – Prof. GERMINA COSMA, PhD, Habil., University of Craiova

University Professor Habilitated at the University of Craiova, Germina Alina Cosma is the  Director of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences and Humanities and Vice President of the University Senate. As a doctoral supervisor, she has guided numerous theses in the field of Sports Sciences, with research centered on dance and movement from educational, artistic, and therapeutic perspectives. Her academic activity includes an extensive body of publications in national and international journals, as well as active involvement in research and educational projects developed in collaboration with prestigious academic institutions across Europe. In addition to her contributions to academic leadership and research, she has taught dance and scenic rhythm within the Department of Theatrical Art and has collaborated artistically with the Marin Sorescu National Theatre, where she contributed to the stage movement of the production Cântă, Maica-mea în far.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER – Dr. ANDREI DRAGOMIR, UNATC “I.L. Caragiale” associate professor

Andrei Dragomir is an associate professor at the I.L. Caragiale National University of Theatre and Film (UNATC) in Bucharest, where he has been teaching Effort Biology within the Master’s program of Choreography and Performance in Dance since 2021. His interdisciplinary work bridges the fields of movement science and performing arts, with a particular focus on the physiological and biomechanical aspects of dance and athletic performance. He holds a PhD in Sports Science, with a doctoral thesis centered on Modern Technology Adapted to Sports Performance. He is currently a Senior Scientific Researcher at the National Institute for Sports Research and an accredited trainer in the field of sports. With over a decade of experience in sports research, Andrei Dragomir has contributed to national and Olympic-level scientific support programs, offering expertise in physiological monitoring, effort analysis, and movement biomechanics. He has presented his research at numerous international conferences and congresses in the domains of physical education, sports science, and health.
